With 37 floors, and a planned 128 meters and a permanent view over the bay of Vitoria, the Una Residence, which is set to be among the tallest buildings in the city, has enjoyed rapid sales. Seven apartments have already been sold within 10 days after opening sales. 

The development, called Una, is inspired by the cosmopolitan architecture of cities such as Miami and Singapore, and features expansive views. Details were presented by the director of Sales at Grand, Gustavo Rezende, in a press conference in January 2023.
