Ennismore and The Devmark Group are launching the world’s first Mama Residence in Dubai.

The Devmark Group has been appointed as the Master Agent for the sales and marketing of The Mama Residences, high design and luxuriously furnished apartments in Business Bay – all meticulously perfected by French designer El Doghaili Benjamin, Head of Design at Mama Shelter.

Mama Residences is the residential offering from the hotel brand Mama Shelter. The development is designed by Italian-based Marco Mangili, MMA Projects Architecture with Interior Design by French Designer El Doghaili Benjamin.

Residents of The Mama Residences will have full hotel amenities access, including four outdoor swimming pools, a multi-purpose gym and an outdoor amphitheatre with a lounge area and an entertainment zone.
