The Prince Bay Taiziwan Residences, a luxury residential development in Shenzhen, China, has reached a height of 250 meters. This project is a collaboration between China Merchants and 10 Design, a part of Egis Group. The construction is progressing smoothly, and the completion of the façade is scheduled for 2024.

Located in the vibrant Prince Bay precinct, this high-rise development offers breathtaking ocean views from all units. The design aims to foster a strong connection between the residents and the natural surroundings, embracing the light, ocean, and rugged mountains.
