Mixed-use complex finishing Construction in Jinan

According to available information, the Jinan Ping An Financial Center project is being invested in and constructed by Ping An Real Estate. It is a mixed-use urban complex that includes a 5A-grade office building, a five-star hotel, and a commercial shopping mall. With a total height of 360 meters, it is currently the second tallest building under construction in Jinan. The project represents the "river" element among the five landmark buildings in the Jinan Central Business District known as "Shanquan Lake River City". The glass curtain wall of the building was completed in September, along with the building lighting and commissioning. The project is expected to be fully completed and delivered by the end of this year. Ping An Group's internal member companies, which include life insurance, financial services, and pension services, are actively preparing to move in.

In the future, the Jinan Central Business District plans to focus on industrial development and prioritize key project carriers in the area. A special team for joint investment promotion will be established to enhance first-class services and attract major companies.
