Danube Properties, a rapidly growing real estate developer in the UAE, has introduced Oceanz. Located in Dubai Maritime City, Oceanz offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and is situated near the historic Shindagha heritage village, creating a new hub for leisure and cruise tourism.

Expected to be completed in Q1 2027, Oceanz will be a 51-floor tower with a six-level podium, parking, and community facilities. It will consist of 44 residential floors, offering a total of 1,250 units, including studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as some retail stores. Oceanz, featuring Italian Interiors and Luxury Furnishings, will provide residents with 360-degree ocean views every day. The development will also include smart and sustainable homes that consume less energy, aligning with the UAE's commitment to sustainability. 

Similar to other Danube projects, Oceanz will offer over 40 community, health, and lifestyle amenities, such as a health club, infinity swimming pools, sports arena, tennis court, barbecue area, jogging track, doctor on call, and nanny services. As the company's largest project to date, Oceanz will be the first project on the Arabian Gulf coast with waterfront views. 

Oceanz is Danube Properties' 25th residential project since 2014 and the 10th project launched in the past 19 months, highlighting the company's rapid growth as the fastest-growing private real estate developer in the UAE. In addition to Oceanz, the company has three other projects scheduled for delivery this year: Wavez, Jewelz, and Olivz. Most of the projects launched in 2022 and 2023 are ahead of schedule in terms of construction and delivery. The company has also recently sold out the Elitz 3 project launched in August 2023. Oceanz is Danube Properties’ 5th project so far this year.
