New 32-Story Office Skyscraper with Garden Level Approved in London
A 32-story tower that will overlook Leadenhall Market in London has been approved by the City on 20 March, 2023. The site at 85 Gracechurch Street is being developed by Hersten Group, and the original façade of the existing 1930s-era building is set to be preserved as much as possible.
Delivering 27,000 square meters of new office space, the skyscraper will also include a fifth-floor garden and a free public exhibition. At the ground level, a food hall with shopping, event, and education programs, the latter of which will be developed along with the Museum of London.
