Set to include 444 student rooms and 2,124 square meters of employment space, the Kings Place scheme, proposed by Allies + Morrison, includes shifts in massing among the five block development to blend into its surroundings. The exterior will also very among three types. 

Student rooms will be clustered into groups of nine as is typical. Bicycle parking and a pocket park, as well as hard and soft landscaping, will accompany the student living quarters. 

A hotel was previously destined for the site.
