The glazed façade has already been laid on about fifteen floors. The final project will feature 22 kilometers of metallic sun shades in various tones of amber and gray, giving a faceted impression.

The building was designed by Jean Nouvel, who also designed the Duo towers. Ultimately, the skyscraper developed by Hines and AG Real Estate will offer 76,000 square meters of office space, able to accommodate up to 5,800 workers. Floors will average 25 meters squared. The premises will provide over 2,500 meters squared of outdoor space, including a green roof terrace, on a 2,000-square-meter site.

Paris La Défense is concurrently undertaking major works in Rose de Cherbourg. These include a suspended promenade, place making with giant arches that will link various green spaces in the district, a skate park, and a children’s play area.

Project completion is expected for summer 2022.
