A proposed 40-story residential and office building on West Broadway by PCI Developments is progressing down the line as the Vancouver city council has approved the Form of Development. Proposed for the site at 1477 West Broadway, the new project will now be addressed as 2488 Granville Street and will house the upcoming South Granville Station. 

Through a three-way partnership between PCI Developments, the City of Vancouver, and the Province of British Columbia, the project will include access to the station—the only one with such access until the Broadway Subway's opening in 2025 according to a city Referral Report. The building is set to be completed before the station.
