Third Application Submitted for Major Mixed-Use Scheme at Isle of Dogs in London
A third planning application has been submitted for a mixed-use scheme at the Westferry Printworks in east London.
PLP Architecture, the submitting architect’s plans include a heightening of density from the 2015 plan for the former printworks site.
Five towers delivering 1,200 residences along with 23,000 square meters of commercial and community uses are in their most recent plan. Approval for 722 homes has already been set. The tower’s height will range between four and 30 stories and will be accompanied by a public realm and a new secondary school.
