Federal Land Inc. and ORIX Corporation of Japan have launched a residential project, the dual-tower high-rise development at the Ortigas Center in the city of Pasig.

The residential project, named The Grand Midori Ortigas is located on Exchange Road. It will offer prime units with Japanese-inspired design and aesthetics, delivered by Tokyo-based architectural firm Tange Associates.

“With the country’s consistent economic growth, as we work towards improving our infrastructure, more investors are keen on establishing a presence in Philippine real estate. We are privileged to have partnered with Tange Associates to once again marry Filipino ingenuity and Japanese discipline,” said Federal Land General Manager Tom Mirasol.

The first-ever Grand Midori project was completed in 2013 in Makati.

“The overall feeling the Grand Midori brand brings is of a clean and fuss-free lifestyle that truly captures the essence of Japanese living that many aspire for,” the company added.
