Stretching along the waterfront is an iconic grouping of residential high-rises connected by a skydeck that at a height of over 100 meters. This innovative design creates the illusion of a 'floating city' and the skydeck will partially serve as a private club facility for residents, and also offers public access via separate lifts, ensuring that this unique space can be enjoyed by all.

The landmark building also serves as a central hub with connnections to the nearby metro station via a vibrant "Festival Street" that efficiently guides pedestrian traffic from the street-level retail spaces to the waterfront.

The design also boasts to have restaurant, retail shops, art and cultural spaces, elevated decks and waterfront ammenites such as a public pier, a floating pool, a water theatre, and multi-level observation decks, and fishing platforms.
