42-Story Residential Building in Austin Tops Out

CTBUH has confirmed that 700 River in Austin has architecturally topped out. The building is a 42-story residential building that is expected to be completed later this year. HKS Architects is the design architect and Thornton Tomasetti is the design engineer for the project.
