The leasing program for 60 Wharf Drive has generated significant interest since its quiet marketing campaign and soft opening in late July. Already, multiple leases have been signed, and the leasing team conducts over 40 daily tours. Situated within the seven-acre West Wharf complex in Greenpoint, just a few blocks from the Williamsburg border, this impressive 40-story waterfront tower offers 554 spacious studios and three-bedroom residences. Many of these units feature balconies and offer breathtaking views of the East River, Manhattan skyline, and/or Brooklyn cityscapes. With over 60,000 square feet of interior amenities and 50,000 square feet of outdoor space, the building provides residents with an exceptional living experience.

Designed by SLCE Architects and with a Master Plan by Cooper Robertson, the tower includes amenity spaces by Peter McGinley and is developed by Halcyon Management. This tower is the first of two planned waterfront towers in the five-building development, stretching across West Street to the East River, at the intersection of Greenpoint and Williamsburg.

Adam Heller, President of Heller Organization, the firm overseeing the leasing program, describes this development as exceptional in terms of its design, amenities, and focus on lifestyle and wellness. The apartments have been thoughtfully designed to prioritize natural light and fresh air. The wide range of indoor and outdoor amenity areas caters to residents of all ages, providing recreational and entertainment spaces that promote healthy lifestyles.

60 Wharf Drive offers a variety of luxury residences, including "WW Signature" level options. Each unit features operable floor-to-ceiling Thermopane windows, high ceilings, white oak hardwood floors, central HVAC climate control, walk-in closets, and fiber optics. The modern and stylish kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas cooktops, and ranges, light wood cabinetry, full-height backsplashes, and white Quartz-and-mineral countertops.

Residents can enjoy spa-like experiences with steam rooms, saunas, an experience shower, a hot tub, a cold plunge tub, a whirlpool, a marble-lined hammam, and a salt inhalation and meditation room. Families have access to a children's walk-in wading pool, an indoor playroom, and a teen game room. Additionally, the building features a deluxe grooming station for pets.

To accommodate residents who work remotely, 60 Wharf Drive offers a spacious business hub with large windows that provide stunning views of the East River and Manhattan. This hub features private conference rooms, individual workspaces, a library, and a standing-height table for team collaboration. Moreover, several residential layouts in the building include designated home office areas.

In addition to the diverse indoor amenities, the outdoor spaces at West Wharf provide landscaped walking paths, cozy benches, and a waterfront park along the East River, complete with a gravel beach and three observation piers.
