Designed by Foster + Partners, a spiral shaped tower dubbed “The Star” has been revealed as revised design plans for a vertical creative office campus that will be on a two-acre lot at 6061 W. Sunset Boulevard.  

Renderings show a luscious spiral of greenery traveling up the building. The building will provide spacious floor plates, generous outdoor areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed 360-degree views of downtown Los Angeles, the Hollywood Sign, and the Pacific Ocean. Plantings will rise up on terraces from street level to the rooftop restaurant.

The building’s design encourages natural light and ventilation and will have interior space to promote environments that allow organizations to thrive and retain their relevancy and vitality. Engagement with the street and neighborhood will be created with pedestrian-friendly surroundings, an expansive LED video screen, an arched paseo of restaurants, community gathering spaces, a theatre, and a gallery.
