Toronto's Latest Flatiron Building Launched
Capital Developments recently announced the construction of Park Road, a new 27-story condominium building situated in Toronto's upscale Yorkville neighborhood. The building is situated at the intersection of Park Road and Church Street, offering breathtaking views of the city skyline and the Rosedale Valley ravine system. Designed by Diamond Schmitt architects, Park Road is a contemporary interpretation of a flatiron building, featuring a curved southern facade and a series of stepped cantilevers on the western facade. The base of the building includes an expanded public realm, complete with wide sidewalks, trees, and seating.
Cecconi Simone designed the interiors of Park Road, drawing inspiration from the unique architectural design and curvature of the building. Prospective residents can look forward to an extensive list of amenities, including a grand lobby, meditation room, steam room, fitness studio, outdoor terraces, and entertainment rooms. Park Road is conveniently located less than 100 meters from the Bloor-Yonge subway station and will comprise 302 residential units.
