Officially opening, the TD Terrace in Toronto, designed by architecture firm Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture held a ribbon cutting and opening ceremony at the end of January.  The 48-story office building houses new space for the financial firm TD Ameritrade.  Achieving LEED Platinum BD+C: New Construction, the 240-meter building is the first 200+ meter building that CTBUH has confirmed as completed in 2024.

Having been built a block to the northeast of the CN Tower, TD Terrace with its own distinctive shape, is now one of the many towering landmarks amongst the Toronto skyline.  The design is meant to create a connected campus design for TD, equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, intuitive technology, and wellness offerings. This includes a Market Square, located on the 5th floor, that has food, coffee, and other drinks. It will also be a place where all kinds of work and collaboration can happen, whether it is hosting a large team meeting or simply finding an independent workstation.

According to the TD, they will begin to have people moving into the office space within the next few months.
