A new development for twin residential high-rises, seemingly attached by a skybridge near the top, according to initial images released by developers Sankari Properties. This development is their first Dubai project, and they plan to build in the Business Bay area amid growing investor interest in the ultra-luxury property segment.

The apartments will be built in the Marasi Marina area, and will comprise of three-, four-, and five-bedroom units. Unit sizes begin at about 600 square meters, with each occupying an entire floor to ensure maximum privacy and security.

The development is planned to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2027. A total of 57 units will be initially offered, with the schedule for the launch soon to be announced.

The developers have stated in the National News that they are working on several other projects in the area but gave no further details.
