The Niraj Towers, located on Avenida dos Estudantes in Rondonópolis, Brazil, are set to become the third tallest building in the country. They were launched on Tuesday, 10 October. Standing at a height of over 820 feet (250 meters), this project comprises of two towers, each housing 210 apartments.

The complex boasts a wide range of amenities, including gourmet bars, private and heated pools, party rooms, gyms, sports courts, game and meeting rooms, a beauty space, a driver's room, a children's playground, a toy library, a quick market area, a religious chapel, and a central square. Alongside the towers, the development also features a boutique mall, event center, and hotel.

Strategically positioned near the city's primary service and leisure destinations, Niraj Towers offer convenient accessibility and aim to attract investments that will generate additional opportunities for Rondonópolis.
