A residential project in Atlanta has been completed as part of the Overline development. The multifamily housing is located in the Old Fourth Ward of the city and began leasing residential units in June 2023. The residential building is beside a soon-to-be-completed hotel and social club and these two structures will be connected by a skybridge.

The main goal of this project was to provide a unique perspective on traditional multifamily housing. The complex, constructed with red brick, consists of 359 units in a stepped design, featuring multilevel apartments and maisonettes with private entrances at street level. The base of the tower incorporates a combination of public and private spaces, establishing a connection between the development and the neighboring diagrid hotel.

The design of the residential tower takes inspiration from nearby landmarks such as the Ponce City Market, as well as repurposed warehouses and factories in the area. The exterior showcases a variety of shades, with a rust-colored brick that combines brown, red, and crimson tones. Inside, the interiors exhibit a sleek and soothing aesthetic, featuring soft tones and warm wood accents.
