Construction has kicked off at Chengdu's Jiaozi Park Financial and Business District. MVRDV designed a complex comprised of three mixed-use office towers and a conference center. The complex includes retail that references traditional structures that were formerly on the site. 

Reaching 80, 100, and 130 meters in height, the complex's three towers are displayed around the conference center. A ring-shaped plinth encircles the four structures to define the interior courtyard.

The structures proposed will be of wood and recycled materials.
