The Al Habtoor Group has announched the launch of Habtoor Tower to be built on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai's Al Habtoor City. Al Habtoor City is home to multiple luxury branded hotels and other amenities. 

The Habtoor Tower will offer 1,701 luxury residential units across 81 floors and 3.5 million square feet (325,160 square meters) It is expected to reach completion in 36 months.
