Another seven towers could be added to an infill development on an existing Tower-in-the-Park site. This new proposal comes from developers CentreCourt and Canadian Apartment Properties REIT (CAPREIT). Spanning 5 to 15 Tangeen Court, the new group of towers will be designed by IBI Group and reach between 25 and 55 stories in height and delivering a total of 3,325 units. 

Currently occupying the lot is a pair of 18-story towers with a total of 214 units. Eligible residents will be offered a place in one of the new buildings. A phased development plan has been set up so that current residents will not need to be relocated for the entire construction phase.
