An office tower at 903 Town and Country Boulevard in the CityCentre, a 37-acre megadevelopment, is scheduled to break ground in March 2024 and be completed by October 2025.  The building, named CityCentre Six, is being developed by Houston-based Midway, and is set to include a 310,000-square-foot (28,800-square-meter) office tower and a 371,000-square-foot (34,467-square-meter) parking garage.

Intended features for the building include rooftop terraces, retail space, and an urban plaza.
