Twin 20-story towers distinguish a high-rise planned for Lafayette. Seven16 Lafayette Tower would reach 79 meters (260 feet) and cover 22,297 square meters (240,000 square feet).

The US$140 million project will house commercial and residential spaces. The first seven floors of each tower would be taken up by parking, with a patio on the 8th floor. Commercial office space would take roughly a third of the towers, with the final floors all residential space. Condo prices would top out at US$2.4 million.

Project completion is anticipated by 2024.
