Located in the heart of Cuatro Grados Norte in zone 4 of Guatemala City, the MODRA mixed-use building is under construction. The 18-story building will have 15 apartment floors, two office floors, and one retail level.  

The MODRA building is for mixed use, it is made up of a total of 18 levels distributed as follows: 15 for apartments, two for offices and one for commercial premises. In addition, it will have three basement levels for parking.

The project’s 144 apartments will range from 36 to 72 meters square, with one to three bedrooms.

Project completion is anticipated for December 2021.
