DAMAC Properties, a real estate developer based in the UAE, recently announced its new luxury residential project, VOLTA, in Dubai. The development is designed to integrate health and wellness into its amenities, catering to clients who lead wellness-oriented lifestyles. According to the Global Wellness Institute, the Middle East and North Africa region has seen tremendous growth in wellness tourism, with an annual rate of 13.3%, more than double the global average of 6.5%. 

VOLTA offers a range of amenities including a multi-layered swimming pool deck, a jogging track, a sky yoga studio, boxing facilities, and calisthenics. Specialized diet consultants, ice therapy, acupuncture, and physiotherapy are available. Amenities also include climbing walls. The development offers at least 60 floors featuring three and four-bedroom super luxury apartments and one and two-bedroom luxury apartments. Situated on Sheikh Zayed Road, residents and visitors can enjoy expansive sky and sea views and uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa. This project aligns with Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan, which emphasizes sustainable urban development, health, happiness, well-being, and quality of life.
