In Columbia, construction has begun on a 17-story student housing building located nearby the University of South Carolina.

The Standard at Columbia will deliver 247 fully furnished units with a total of 678 beds across 41,000 square meters (nearly 443,000 square feet.) Apartments will be a mix of studios to five-bedroom units. Resident amenities will include a pool on the podium, fitness center, golf simulator, game-day lounge, and jumbotron television.

Developed by CRG and Landmark Properties, the project will begin preleasing in fall of 2022. Project completion is anticipated for fall 2023.
