Chicago Addition to “Millennium Mile” Tops Off

In Chicago, 300 NMA has reached its final height of 47 floors and 157.6 meters (517 feet).

Located at 300 N. Michigan Avenue, the project will deliver 25,000 square feet of retail space topped by a 280-room Citizen M Hotel on floors 6 to 15. Above the hotel levels will be 289 apartments and a rooftop amenity terrace for residents.

Designed by bKL Architecture, its all-glass façade is accented by structural trusses between the retail and hotel levels. The building from co-developers Sterling Bay and Magellan Development Group is a transit-oriented development, offering just 22 parking spaces in a below-street garage.

Initial occupancy is expected by June 2022.
