One Congress in Boston completed vertical construction at 182.9 meters. Project completion for the 43-story building is anticipated by January 2023. The project broke ground June 2019.

Once complete, the building will provide 92,903 square meters (one million square feet) of office space. Amenities will include a 2,787 square meter (30,000 square foot) outdoor roof garden on the 11th floor, over 2,787 square meters (30,000 square feet) of fitness, wellness, food and beverage offerings, as well as a bike facility and below-grade parking.

The building is owned through a joint venture between Carr Properties and National on behalf of its clients. The HYM Investment Group is the developer of the project. Pelli Clarke Pelli and CBT Architects designed the building.
