Construction is planned to begin in the second half of 2019 on a new luxury residential tower in the suburb of San Benito, San Salvador. It is estimated that the project will receive $30 million in investments.  

Bolívar Investments plans to build this project, the largest of its recent apartment tower projects in San Benito, next to Casa 5 and Alisios 115.  

The development is called Casa Uno Cinco Nueve, and Will have 22 stories, according to details released by the executive director of Bolívar Investments, Diego de Sola.  

Buildings with “Casa” in the title are part of a series of projects “that are among the most elegant,” of other Bolívar projects, explained de Sola. “It’s a more formal, restrained, and legacy concept,” he said.  

Casa Uno Cinco Nueve will have 88 total apartments, with five different layouts from 138 square meters to 191 square meters. Some will be two-bedroom units, while others will have three.  

Although Casa Uno Cinco Nueve will be located next to Casa 5, the condominiums will not be connected, similarly to Alisios.  

Marketing for the new tower has already started, while construction is predicted to begin the second third of 2019. It is hoped that the building will be finished in the first third of 2021.  

Casa Uno Cinco Nueve will have amenities such as an atrium, a gym, a pool, a meeting center, a multipurpose room, and a sky lounge.  

Bolívar Investments said that once they have sold all the apartments in the new tower, they will have generated 30 million.
