Renderings Revealed for Founder International Financial Center in Wuhan

06 December 2018 | Wuhan, China

New renderings have been revealed of a new commercial high-rise under construction in Wuhan, the capital of Central China’s Hubei province.

Known as the Founder International Financial Center, the development is being designed by Executive Director Leo Liu and Chairman and Global Design Principal Keith Griffiths at Aedas, and features a 238-meter and a 150-meter tower with a three-level retail podium. The building’s total area will be 138,000 square meters and is intended to become a new financial landmark for Wuhan. The building’s functions will include commercial, retail and residential space.
Its design was inspired by imagery from the dragon totem, with a double-curving silhouette that rises upwards through the towers symbolizing two rising dragons.
