Situated on four acres with views of River Oaks, Memorial Park, Downtown and Buffalo Bayou, the St. Regis Residences brand is breaking into the Houston market with a proposed 35-story condominium. Developed by Satya, a Houston-based commercial real estate firm, the condominium development is the brand’s first, exclusive residential development in Texas. The design architect is Pickard Chilton, with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing doing sales and marketing. 

The St. Regis’s prime location is in walking distance to cultural and recreational destinations including Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens and Memorial Park. Adjacency to River Oaks and Lazy Lane Boulevard, and the secluded nature of the project’s southern triangle, will elevate the resident experience. It comes after another upscale hotel brand, the Ritz Carlton Residences in Woodlands has proposed a condominium project nearby.

Owners will receive St. Regis global membership privileges including gold star butler services to attend to every resident’s needs, a full-time concierge, doorman and valet parking. The development is will include condo residences only with no hotel rooms. Groundbreaking is anticipated for 2025 with completion slated for the fourth quarter of 2027.
