CTBUH Chapter Event
The built environment is gaining momentum and responding to carbon targets such as those set out in RIBA 2030 and LETI guidelines.
In design phases, project teams are pushing harder than ever to reduce carbon impact and optimistic predictions are being made, though more often than not, the reality at completion is a carbon footprint much higher than initially proposed.
In this panel session we will explore the challenges the industry is currently facing and the steps we need to take to make those carbon targets a reality.
• Quick overview of industry targets/emerging regulation
• Carbon budget as well as cost budget
• Carbon accounting - responsibility/coverage
• Is the supply chain ready to respond? Why?
• Steps the industry needs to take
