Simon Baxter, Managing Director of Conceptual Construction Europe at Hines.

My role as Head of Conceptual Construction Europe means I am responsible for preconstruction activities for all of Hines ’projects in Europe. This includes overseeing design development, value engineering, budget control, competitive benchmarking, architect and consultant selection, contracting and management of every aspect of a construction project, to employ global best practices for all Conceptual Construction Hines projects across Europe.

I have been involved in the development of tall buildings in Asia, Europe and the USA.
