The pandemic crisis of COVID-19 has catalyzed a shockwave of action throughout the AEC industry like never before. For its April event, the
CTBUH Chicago Chapter presents a virtual program detailing examples of the real-time innovation taking place in Chicago's AEC community to fight the coronavirus. Rush University Medical Center's pandemic-ready design and the McCormick Place Convention Center Alternate Care Facility as project case studies will demonstrate the AEC community's ability to provide ingenious design solutions for public health in times of extraordinary need.
