Mr. Feng is a Shenzhen Engineering Survey and Design Master (first batch), member of Urban Planning Board of Shenzhen (Architecture and Environmental Art Committee), expert of Guangdong City Planning Association Industry Expert Database (first batch), member of Shenzhen Green Building Association Expert Committee, expert of Public Works Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality Think Tank, member of Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, non-official director of the second council of Shenzhen Urban Planning and Land Resource Research Center, enterprise mentor of Shenzhen University School of Architecture and Urban Planning (Master of Architecture), visiting professor of Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, senior scientist of Asia-Pacific Center for Economic Development of China, member of the Overseas Editorial Board of Encyclopedia Britannica and member of the Overseas Editorial Board of the French Academy of Architecture.
Mr. Feng graduated from the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University in 1987 and stayed on to teach there. In 1997, he founded AUBE Conception in Paris, France and has been rooted in Shenzhen for 22 years since then, focusing on the integrated design of architecture, urban design and landscape. His signature projects include Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, the Peninsula (Shenzhen), Comprehensive Renewal of Jiaochangwei Village, Shenzhen Talent Park, Shenzhen OCT Ecological Square and other major projects. His works have extensive influence and professional recognition across the industry, and have been awarded with a number of international, national, provincial and municipal prizes. He is the chief editor of multiple publications including “The World’s Largest Parlor: Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center” and “Le Corbusier: Architecture of the Giant”, and has participated in the compilation work of technical standards and specifications including “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Construction Technical Manual”.
With years of professional practice and research achievements, Mr. Feng has been awarded various honorary titles including “the Top Ten Most Influential Figures in China’s Architecture and Planning Design in the Next Ten Years”, “Outstanding Architect of Shenzhen” (first batch) and “Industry Leader”.
