Wilson is a Registered Structural Engineer (RSE) under Building Ordinance who is familiar with the statutory procedures and statutory submissions. Wilson is a competent Structural Engineer with total 25 years various kind of experience in the construction industry. (over 18-year working experience in design office on various civil and building construction project & over 7-year site experience on various civil and building construction site).

Wilson has various kinds of design experience for railway projects such as C1801 HSK Station, MTRCL Shatin to Central Link C1112, KDB 200 Austin Station and Ma On Shan Rails and he also has fruitful experience in projects for Hong Kong International Airport. Apart from infrastructure projects, Wilson has more than 10 years design experience for high rise building projects in Hong Kong, China and Overseas including residential, commercial and composite development in which he is experienced in project management and design coordination with other disciplines including architect, MEP, landscape and interior designer and also addition and he is also experienced in alteration projects (A&A) in Hong Kong such as Alterations and Additions work at Xiqu Centre, West Kowloon Cultural District, HK and HLJC Main Member Entrance A&A project.

Possessing with a wide range of experiences in civil and structural engineering in Hong Kong, China and overseas, which enable to work alone on own initiative or as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve various objectives. Possessing both communication and writing skills, as well as first-class analytical, design and problem-solving skills acquired from engineering studies.
