William is a real estate strategist specialising in global mega-projects. He has worked on The 78 and Lincoln Yards in Chicago, and The TransAmercia Pyramid, Mission Rock, The Bay Lands and The San Francisco Shipyard, Hudson Yards and Central Park Tower in New York, East Harbour in Toronto, Suffolk Downs in Boston, and The Shard and Battersea Power Station in London.

His expertise lies in the understanding and development of the foundations of the vision and of the critical strategic elements of a project’s success factors, and how they can be employed in both placemaking and development.
