Mr William Liem is an Executive Director of Tuan Sing Holdings Limited since 2004 and Chief
Executive Officer since 2008.

Mr Liem holds directorship in SP Corporation Limited, Gul Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, Nuri
Holdings (S) Pte Ltd, GITI Holdings Ltd, GT Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Ltd and Grand Hotel Group in
Australia. He worked in Lehman Brothers and the GITI group prior to joining Tuan Sing Group.

He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of California at Berkeley and
MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr Liem received Best Chief Executive Officer Award at the Singapore Corporate Award 2016.
