Titus Kwong is the Senior Manager, Strategic Clients, Asset Services Department of CBRE China. The major role of Mr. Kwong is to coordinate closely within CBRE to take part in strategic and potential business development, existing client relationship management, service delivery, and Asset Services brand marketing. He is also responsible for associating with international and nation-wise investors to provide insights into property management.

Prior to joining Asset Services Department, Mr. Kwong worked in Office Services Department at CBRE Hong Kong focusing on Office Leasing and Brokerage Business. He took up responsibilities in providing analytical and financial support to clients, and managed new transactions. He was experienced in formulating lease strategies and procedures, portfolio planning and familiarized with conducting market research. Mr. Kwong graduated from University of California, Los Angeles. He joined CBRE in 2010.
