Shazlin Ahmad Murad is a Strategy and Business Development Manager for Ramboll Group, working with Executive management and leadership teams to grow the business by implementing and executing strategy. She currently drives transformation of the Buildings and MEAP/APAC market and geographies. This includes post-merger integration, streamline processes, support organization platform and development/implementation of customer relationship management concepts, tools and processes. The role also involves business development in Ramboll Global Buildings projects, including tall buildings, in and across geographies (Germany, USA, Australia) and in MEAP/APAC, working in close collaboration with relevant business leaders.

Shazlin is Singaporean and is based in Copenhagen. Before moving to Copenhagen in the summer of 2018, she was involved in the brand integration of mergers and acquisitions, and developed market strategies and innovation towards transforming the local business into the hub of Asia. Shazlin, together with global directors, developed the Ramboll high-rise spearhead business case which relocated her to the Ramboll headquarter.

Shazlin continues to work closely with global directors and actively seeks new markets and services including developing SMART buildings technology service tractions. She was the former co-chair of the CTBUH Future Leaders Committee (FLC) Scandinavia and is an active support in global CTBUH activities.

Shazlin was bronze winner for UNLeash 2018 – A global innovation lab which gathers talent annually to collaborate on solutions to meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She continues to tap onto the platform to avidly express her passion to make a change towards sustainability in the world.
