About

At Key International, Santiago is responsible for the entitlement and construction budgeting of new developments.

Santiago has experience in the design and construction of complex projects in markets expanding the US, the Caribbean, and South America. He has worked with multiple multinational design and construction firms throughout his career leading top-tier teams.

Santiago received a M.S. in Civil Engineering, a B.S. in Civil Engineering, and a B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. Santiago is a candidate for the Master of Real Estate Development and Urbanism at the University of Miami School of Architecture.

He is currently serving as President of the University of Miami College of Engineering Alumni Association and as the Chair of the Geo-Institute of the Miami-Dade American Society of Civil Engineers branch.
