Rodolfo Valles, Ph.D., Graduated in Civil Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico, he received his Master´s degree from the School of Engineering at UNAM, and subsequently his PhD degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Fulbright-Conacyt Scholarship.

During his more than 25 years of experience, Rodolfo has participated in the design of structures of great relevance in Reinforced Concrete, Post-Tensioned Concrete, Steel and Hybrid Systems. Also, he has implemented the use of damping systems for the reinforcement of new and existing structures, making headway for the future of high-rise buildings in Mexico.
