Phillip Shalless is a Senior Asset Manager at AXA IM – Real Assets. His responsibilities include the asset management for AXA IM – Real Assets’ Twentytwo Bishopsgate tower development in the City of London.

Phillip has a proven successful ability in proactive property asset management considering all angles and investment opportunities for the enhancement of value across all sectors of the UK property market.

Phillip graduated with a Degree in Estate Management and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

He has over 35 years’ experience in the property industry; of which 25 have been at AXA RA.
