Nick Cordingley (RIBA, ARB) is Design Partner at 10 Design (an egis company). 10 Design is an international architecture and master planning practice with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Edinburgh, Dubai, Miami, London, Shenzhen, and Singapore.

Nick has over 20 years of international experience and has led the design and delivery of a diverse array of works throughout Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Amongst his many projects here in Asia, most notably is the multi-award winning Greatwall Complex at 240m tall – the first project in the city of Wuhan being certified for LEED Platinum Core and Shell in 2018.
