Ngai Keong (NK) Foong has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Design and Development Management. He first moved to Beijing in 2007 to catch the 2008 Beijing Olympic rapid development phase in China, started off in the architectural design field and transitioned into the real estate development field, before returning to Singapore with his family in 2017.

Currently he is leading the Design Management team in the Projects Department, Property Development Division of City Developments Limited (CDL), a leading global real estate company in Singapore, responsible for the design management of most of the company portfolio.

Foong’s experience ranges from residential, shopping malls, offices, hospitality and serviced apartments to mixed- use developments, predominantly in high-rise buildings. His interest lies in all aspects of design, and is also a keen advocate of sustainability, productivity and innovation.

He graduated with a Master of Architecture from the National University of Singapore.
