Mark has been a member of RLB’s UK Board since 2012 and is responsible for all commercial matters across the UK business. He became a Global Board director in June 2022.

Mark joined RLB as an associate in 1998 before leading the UK Midland’s office between 2008 and 2012. Mark has been instrumental in strengthening RLB’s geographical footprint and is a director of RLB Saudi Arabia and RLB Europe.

Defining project outcomes and delivering value for clients is Mark’s priority. Mark has led the development of RLB UK’s specialist solutions team which provides built asset consultancy in sustainability, carbon modelling and accounting, social value consultancy as well as more traditional capital and whole life cycle modelling. Mark is passionate about developing strategies which allow clients to focus on and optimise value from business case through to occupation.

With over 30 years’ experience, Mark has expertise in supporting UK and international clients on the development and delivery of long-term and complex projects. He has worked across multiple sectors delivering iconic world-class assets.

A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying.
