With over 35 years of experience, Dr. McElroy has conducted geotechnical investigations for various projects providing soils engineering and foundation recommendations for design and construction. He has been responsible for the design, instrumentation, monitoring and evaluation of shallow, deep, and mat foundation systems, earth retention systems, soil improvement techniques, geosynthethic installations and soil and rock anchors.
