Joe draws on 34 years of construction experience and expertise to successfully complete New York City’s most complicated projects. Joe has built many notable projects across New York City, which include Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden’s renovation, Brookfield’s Manhattan West platform, and the Whitney Museum of American Art. Notable towers Joe built include 383 Madison Avenue, the Hearst Tower, the citizen-M hotel, 250 West 55th Street, 461 Dean Street, and most recently, The Spiral. A native of the Bronx, Joe’s impact on New York City reaches beyond the concrete and rebar and into the communities within which Turner builds. A Veteran himself, Joe is the driving force behind Turner’s Veterans programs, including the Veteran’s Network and various volunteering initiatives at the Bronx VA Medical Center.
